June is just around the corner. And, for all the beer lovers out there, it is that time of the year when you can drench yourself in the biggest BEER BASH in town. The 2017 PDX Beer Week is here! And, to kickoff this 11-day long festival (why not 7? Because seven days are simply not enough to contain all the beers from Portland) – you can be part of the biggest party of this season, beginning on the 8th of June, 2017!

A bit about the venue

Located centrally on the East side of Portland, just adjacent to the Burnside Bridge, the Exchange Building Ballroom is one of the most happening places in town. With Tri-Met Bus lines 20 and 4, as well as the metro nearby, the venue is easily approachable even for first-timers. And, in case you are visiting in your own vehicle, there is a parking facility available for you as well. In other words, commuting is not going to be a problem!

What’s in store?

Coming to the most exciting part, what will you be getting to experience at the kickoff party?

  • An indoor marketplace with free food and drink samples.
  • Lip-smacking Pizzas straight from the oven of Hotlips.
  • And, lots and lots of beer!

The party will also have some souvenirs in the form of beer wallets, beer-week t-shirts, growlers and lots of other stuff as well. So, you can take your memories of being at the party home with you to remember for a long while to come.

Once you are done with sampling these free foods, you can make your way to the rooftop for an amazingly stunning view of the Portland Downtown area, along the Willamette River.
